We cordially invite you to a public guided tour through the permanent exhibition of the Schloßbergmuseum on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 14:30 in the Schloßbergmuseum. The exhibition tells the story of Chemnitz from the 12th to the 20th century and shows a variety of models of the architectural development of the monastery and city: in particular, the three large city models of the medieval community, the vibrant city of the ‘Golden Twenties’ or the development project of the Karl-Marx-Stadt city centre of 1960 invite you to take an exciting walk through the eventful history of the city and its inhabitants.
