Workshop: Lachyoga

Laughter yoga is a cheerful, modern, and innovative training concept that combines a wide range of joyful elements in an uncomplicated way. It combines dynamic and pantomime fitness exercises and creatively expands them through singing, dancing, laughing, and playing. Breathing and mindfulness exercises complement the mix and make laughter yoga a comprehensive wellness program for body, mind, and soul. Laughter yoga is suitable for everyone and can be adapted to individual needs.

The introduction to laughter takes place on a motor level and is accompanied by eye contact and playful elements to encourage the transition to natural laughter.

Laughter trainer Ariane Lenk will lead the workshop.
