Salary: | €2,254 gross/month |
Working hours: | Full-time, part-time possible |
Employment: | Fixed-term for 2 years |

YOUR TASKS
The position provides the opportunity to expand your knowledge in all areas of museum work, particularly through:
- Assisting with the conceptual, administrative, and practical preparation of future exhibitions at the museum
- Supporting the collection management (digitization and academic processing)
- Contributing to catalog publications
- Assisting in art education and visitor outreach
- Maintaining the museum database
WHAT YOU BRING
Your profile:
- A completed academic degree in Art History, Art Studies, or a comparable museum-related field (Master’s or PhD)
Additional advantages:
- Knowledge of Classical Modern Art and Contemporary Art
- Additional foreign language skills
What else matters to us:
- Strong knowledge of 19th–21st century art
- Good IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good English proficiency
- Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- Independent, conscientious, and team-oriented working style
- Interest in topics such as sustainability, anti-discrimination, and inclusive language
