Most readers of Chemnitz newspapers should be familiar with the photographs of Sven Gleisberg. The photographer, a »lateral entrant« to the field, has been working for the wide range of printed media in Chemnitz since 1990. But Sven Gleisberg is also active as a photographer in other areas, working for other print media and in advertising, for machine engineering companies, sports and private weddings. His photographic oeuvre also includes architecture, landscape or events. The exhibition, with which the Schloßbergmuseum is continuing its series on »Chemnitz Photographers«, presents a representative cross-section of Sven Gleisberg’s work from all the areas that he has covered both as a photographer and a photo-editor.
